We don’t have a direct API to Airbnb and Booking.com — we sync via iCal every 15 minutes, and a direct request only becomes a booking once you approve it, so double bookings don’t happen. For 1–10 properties that is enough. It means we don’t pay for certifications and integrations that would otherwise end up in the price — and neither do you.
What hosts ask
Every 15 minutes. For a small host the double-booking risk is real only with instant direct bookings — and Posadita has none: a direct request becomes a booking only once you confirm it, and the calendar catches up in the meantime.
